1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Custom or large furniture pieces may require additional processing time. We will notify you if there are any delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Standard delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3–10 business days once shipped.
Larger furniture items may require freight shipping or local delivery arrangements, which will be discussed with you prior to purchase.
3. Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available from our location in Clarksburg, WV.
Pickup times will be arranged after your order is placed.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
5. Shipping Limitations
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Eclectic Emporium is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.
