  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Custom or large furniture pieces may require additional processing time. We will notify you if there are any delays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Standard delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3–10 business days once shipped.

  • Larger furniture items may require freight shipping or local delivery arrangements, which will be discussed with you prior to purchase.


3. Local Pickup

  • Free local pickup is available from our location in Clarksburg, WV.

  • Pickup times will be arranged after your order is placed.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.


5. Shipping Limitations

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Eclectic Emporium is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.
